So the legal argument that the PHA had failed to prove the existence of Covid, which would have been available in a GIPA to the authority. Asking for FOI 2541, was not raised in the case and would have proved their to be no case for a public health order or any breach of privacy and discrimination.

Thank you Alison. Absolutely agree - particularly opt out provisions which can themselves be set aside by the regulator (Government) at any time!
