So grateful that we have someone like you to articulate complex issues in a user-friendly manner! Australia seems to be going on a very dangerous downward slope towards us losing our freedom to simply have an opinion about life.

Informative, thank you

Recklessness. Might many of the comments in social media on the Covid vaccines eventually be deemed by the authorities to be reckless, comments which include words such as ‘genocide’, ‘homicide’ or ‘murder’? Our good senators in Australia have gone so far to include these words in many of their Facebook posts on Covid. Could it then deteriorate to the stage where random members of the public are made examples of, for their “reckless” comments on the deaths and injuries - in the face of legitimate concerns?⤵️

😀 I just hope things don’t eventually deteriorate Peter to the point where we have riots in major cities across the globe - comparable to the London Poll Tax riots of the 90s (less then 4 minutes): https://youtu.be/I4QQN2aqeKA?si=zG2L-G-WuvDhoIdY

You should see what's happening in the UK. Perhaps you already know. Police calling on a 65yo Grandma because she happened to ask some questions about her council and particular councillors on Facebook. People incarcerated for tweeting the wrong thing after children were killed by a monster in Southport last summer. I fear for the whole of the west, I really do. This is totalitarian tyranny.

Yes, the UK is further down along the road...

The UK has always been an oppressive culture when it comes to rights and liberties, despite what they might advertise.

Their track record is of course one of control, death and destruction.

Those are my people you're talking about.

Not your people. I am referring to the Kingdom/Empire which is damaging your people as well, perhaps more so. Your people and mine follow the same law, if you go back far enough. We are spokes in the same wheel.

Much appreciation, Peter. Great to have a sharable summary that people can relate to. Boy, howdy, could we all benefit from levelling up with a 'get informed' education.

Could we not arrest all the governmental and judicial bureaucrats for hate speech then - for they are guilty of putting the angst and fear on us - won't be long before one gets arrested for thinking and breathing..

Thanks, Peter. Tongue in cheek: Could it possibly be that those who draft these laws, upon successful prosecution demanding a minimum sentence have themselves perhaps, born through an emotional, personal prejudice expressed in their private anger surrounding the subject being drafted and having the power, by its' drafting, to cause unnecessary harm (in this case, unnecessary incarceration) by a recklessness indifference to that harm on the defendant? Especially if the case is to be challenged. Could that action be considered then covered by 'Hate Speech Law'? The law is drafted completely sanitised of the driving emotions of that Bill. We wouldn't know, but we will be subjected to the lawmakers' prejudice.

I have a question: is hate speech allowed on Substack? There is a Substack poster who has horrifying hate speech about blacks and Jews.

I'm more concerned about the rhetoric against Whites and Christians and especially white Christians. The others can take care of themselves and have plenty of virtue signallers on their side.

During the COVID scamdemic they could claim you were reckless by refusing a vaccine could they not?

The extent of words to create such confusion is intentional in English and it makes my mind hurt listening to this crazy law language!

The root cause is the misuse of power through language, and educational institutions ect. Including judicial institutions have had their way with us through the misuse of imposing rules regulations and laws which are unreasonable and lack common sense.

Protecting and complying to the un just laws and regulations , is playing along with the man made hierarchy of control.

We have an opportunity to expose the corruption of these manipulating beliefs of a power structure gone completely mad on order to retain its power over mankind.

While engaging in dialogue and allowing the status to hold ( illegally?) power over our movements our language, our life lived here, we diminish the true potential of our birth rights.

No crime, if no injury has occurred, to person or property.

That’s IT!!!

Commercial law is not a concern from a lay perspective - how dare they destroy any human rights through creating their own rules!

Period!

Life is simple.

Thanks. The anguish that pervades your explanation is what I feel. Is such a sentiment as it is, a form of recklessness?
